Thanksgiving Dinner

I was incredibly fortunate to be able to take part in an internship at Glamping Hub over the course of my three and a half months in Spain! As a requirment for my major and an amazing opportunity to grow and learn, I was ready to take a part in a start-up company.

Glamping Hub is the world's leading online booking platform dedicated to unique getaways in nature. Founded by David Troya, this start up has grown immensely over the past couple years since its creation. With now over 80 employees, I was grateful to be able to work hand-in-hand with the Social Media Manager. I helped with the posting, content creation, and media relations for the company. One major aspect of this intership allowed me to help with the two giveaways Glamping Hub had in October and November.

As a perk in working for this company, they have a Thanksgiving dinner every year. Which was great because by this point I was missing my American traditions. We had four turkeys, food from many different countries, and dessert for days! I mean, what do you expect from a company with 10 different nationalities?! Helping plan the dinner was definitely a highlight of my internship.

Saying goodbye on December 18th was not something I wanted to do, I loved my time here. Working for this company in the future could be a possiblity, we will see what the next year has for me!
